- British Airways has always given ‘soft landings’ when you don’t requalify for status. For instance, a Gold member who doesn’t fly at all would still get Silver the next year. But those who are gifted the status by a ‘Gold Guest List’ member will no longer receive soft landings.

Very annoying that you can’t read the In/Out article without first signing up to thinlist. And to sign up using your email, they require not only your email address, but also your email account password. WTF? I’m not giving some obscure website my password.

I didn’t have to sign up for anything, but you’re not missing much. The 13th “fact” is “the fries are amazing.” Just a clickbait article.
Don’t know why I can’t read it, but several seconds after the page comes up, it is totally covered by a sign up page. Clicking back and forth doesn’t help. Every single time the sign up page covers the article before I can scroll down to read anything.
