We are pleased to announce another of our “A Conversation with …” live chat series event, featuring one of the most prominent leaders in the travel industry.
Join us and our special guest Jonathan Clarkson, Director of the Rapid Rewards Loyalty Program (and soon integration of AirTran A+ Rewards), on October 20 at 7:00 p.m. MDT for the live milepoint chat event.
You can ask questions online during the chat or pre-submit there here.
And you can sign up for a reminder on the event page.

It looks as though Southwest is asking anyone and their brother or sister to say something good about how much they improved.
Each time there is negative they move on with hopes of finding one they will use in a marketing effort.
Its really a let down to see it posted here….
I’d be really happy to see everyone just ask why they do not honor drink coupons that never included a date they expire or how they have forced families to board in different sections because their systems can’t let companions to have the same record locator.
JMHO – WN has lost the mindset that gained them market share and removed almost every benefit they had. Heck, read the WSJ, they aren’t even a ‘discount’ airline any longer. Legacy prices without a first class….
I have lost the LOV….
WN changes have been overall very very bad and they are looking for a way to say they have been good….
Throwing – indirect – money around to people with will say the changes have been so great.
I remember these chats from FT, they are pretty good. But for me to participate I need…incentives:-) How about some points Southwest given away to participants? If not, I will just wait for the transcript:-)
