Back in April British Airways was offering some phenomenal business class fares to Paris.

They were matching pricing of ‘La Compagnie’ the new all-business class airline flying New York – Paris (with angled seats). British Airways of course owns OpenSkies (which was founded as L’Avion by the same people that started La Compagnie) flying New York – Paris Orly.

Fares that are almost as good are back!

Travel New York – Paris for as low as $1347 roundtrip in business class. These are “I” class fares and will earn the premium cabin transatlantic bonus (registration required) that both American and British Airways are offering for travel through the end of January. The fare is available for travel through March.

The basic sale is available pretty much every day.

AARP members save $400 on British Airways business class tickets. Anyone can join AARP instantly for $16 per year.

When searching with the AARP discount I was only given the option for economy queries. I left it that way, and economy and business class both came up to choose from.

After selecting flights, the next page gives you an option to click a radio button and expand where you will enter a promo code or eVoucher.

British Airways tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.

You may cancel a reservation made on ba.com or through the British Airways call center within 24 hours of ticketing for a full refund by calling the British Airways call center at 800-AIRWAYS provided travel is one week or more from the date of purchase. The 24 hour deadline can be extended up to 48 hours if the call center is closed when you first call.
