A woman who had a 3 night tryst with a man named Michael sued a hotel to find out the name’s identity.
The encounter took plance in Halle, Germany in 2010. By forcing the hotel to disclose the identity of the man she claimed would have been the father of her child, she’d then be able to pursue the man for child support.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued a ruling today that a customer who paid US Airways $15 for a checked bag could sue the airline (and potentially certify a class action) for return of their $15 because their bag wasn’t delivered the same day. This case is now being argued by American Airlines, since US Airways and American merged three and a half years ago.
If an airline is going to promise timely delivery of a bag, and fails to do so, a customer can sue.
You already have to show your papers in order to fly. Now the TSA is testing having to show all your papers.
In Kansas City the TSA is running a test to have passengers take all pieces of paper out of their bags for separate screening.

American will offer some coach seats on this aircraft virtually indistinguishable from Spirit Airlines.
