All (angled) business class airline La Compagnie announced its acquisition by XL Airways in December.
The carrier discounts New York – Paris as a business strategy, and right now they’ve got a super low sale running throughout summer for $1298 roundtrip.
Availability at this price is good avoiding peak of peak days.
The base fare we’ve seen before many times, usually with fuel surcharges $100 more. The lower surcharge brings the price under $1300.
Key details:
- 60 day advance purchase required
- Saturday stay required
- Non-refundable with $500 change fee
- Certain peak travel dates won’t have availability for the VNYRTUS fare
What are these flights like? Have you reviewed La Compagnie before?
@Cindi I have not…
Haven’t seen a real APEX fare for years! And a 60 day apex to boot! Is this the harbinger of a return to apex in lieu of using depending only on limited fare class seats to bait and switch?
