From Midair Meltdown to Meme Queen: The Unstoppable Rise of ‘Crazy Plane Lady’

The “Crazy Plane Lady” became a worldwide sensation back in July declaring that a passenger on her flight was “not real.” Back on July 2, the Dallas-based marketing executive who lost it on board an American Airlines Tulsa flight warned everyone that if they stayed on board the flight they would die. And in the process she became a worldwide sensation.

She’s since built a social media following for herself off the incident, stringing us along by not sharing what exactly wasn’t real, and why she wanted off that plane so badly.

She became a meme. She’s trying to extend her brand with giveaways. She rose to the prominece of Halloween costume.

Next up, she says, she’s “the stranger you lock eyes with at the airport and imagine a life together.” But I’m pretty sure this guy explained why you definitely want to keep it to your imagination.

Roughly 3% of U.S. women 18-24 are on OnlyFans. I have to think that the percentage of women older than that is lower though? From what I’ve read most generate very little income. They don’t have a significant marketing engine. Is it possible that a single American Airlines flight incident is about to overcome that challenge?

Is ‘premium content’ what’s next for Dallas-based marketing executive ‘Crazy Plane Lady’ Tiffany Gomas? Tell me this is “not real.”

  1. @Frank, am wondering the same, but if it means trading this for fewer articles about soap dispensers and railing against Expedia, I’ll take it.

  2. She will become an ambassador. I expect a travel fashion line, a show on the Travel Channel, and possibly a collaboration with Martha Stewart. Tiffany is here to stay.

  3. She’s superficially attractive, but I don’t know any man who would look forward to dealing with someone like her on a daily basis.

  4. I think she was in a video ad for one of the solitaire apps as the first ‘superficially attractive’ person in the reel. Just enough of a glimpse to make you do a double take and sit through the ad.

  5. How much to sign up monthly to view her?
Is there a discount or points for annual subscriptions?

  6. God.. I just looked and I have 8 mutual friends with her. 3 of them are huge douchebags I know.

  7. Somebody needs to “smack my bitch up” and film it. I’d watch that gladly. For now, I only read for funny comments here while Gary continues his obsession with this moron. Wasn’t her “famous” flight severely delayed because of her outburst? Why hasn’t someone sued her for damages resulting from that, real & punitive, and get their hands on this “fame” money??

  8. 2 things
    1) Does anyone else think she is buying articles on this site?
    2) she should just show her tits

  9. Gee, a comment that advocates either hard drug use or drunken and drug-fueled sexual assault and violence stays up and mine simply repeating a well-worn chestnut doesn’t see the light of day?

I guess the silver lining is that at least there’s SOME attempt at moderation here.

  10. She’s just an AWL going on PMT.

Quit trying to make her seem like a whore. That’s just your horny imagination

  11. Thanks for the Hot Crazy Matrix recommendation!
    It was hilarious!
The Women Hot Man Matrix was spot on!

  12. I have to admit that I’m not all that into social media. But. From what I’ve seen on titok, this lady would not be considered crazy.

  13. Could it be the “Crazy Plane Lady” outburst was part of a master marketing plan???
I think she fell off the radar scope.
I didn’t see any “Crazy Plane Lady” outfits for Halloween.
She got her 15 minutes of fame.
    Time to move on!
