News and notes from around the interweb:
- Southwest is finally selling tickets to Hawaii, with amazing fares but we’ve talked about it so long it still feels a little anti-climactic.
- Air France will serve Orlando — just twice December 5 and 10.
- American Express dropping Boingo unlimited internet access with last registration April 30 and benefits ending December 31, 2019.
- Delta vassal Virgin Atlantic will no longer make female cabin crew wear make up
- Reader Robert asks after the plates and bowls American Airlines uses in Flagship Dining (currently inside Flagship lounges at New York JFK, Miami, and Los Angeles and next month also Dallas Fort-Worth).
I hate to bug you with something trivial like this but i’m not getting very far. i posted on the Flyertalk [American Airlines] forum but so far no success. ..I absolutely love these plates/bowls and would be eternally grateful if you could have a peek under one of these bowls to get the brand name.
American tells me that they use Bauscher Hepp servingware in Flagship Dining from both the Modern Rustic and Options collections.
- Delta flight attendant becomes Georgia National Guard’s first black female pilot
i’m having a hard time identifying that exact bowl with wide rim on the Bauscher Hepp website. i’m in touch with them via facebook to find that exact model.
thanks for the help Gary!
