There have been some skeptical takes on this but Flight Aware shows that it’s accurate, taking off from and landing at Lee Airport just outside of Annapolis, Maryland.
There’s a long tradition of pilots drawing things in the sky. Right now though I think we can all be sympathetic, that sick people should get better. So let’s all say together “Get Well Soon, Bailey!”
Gary, the plane is a Piper Archer, not a Piper Lance. Lee airport is my home base and where I learned how to fly.
