my friend was in rio for the world cup. he said its awesome in brazil. but he has no kids so obviously it will be different
@mike h – my kids went to Europe for the first time last summer at ages 6&4. We’re doing rio this summer and Zimbabwe next. We adjust our trips to allow our kids to have a good time, but they’re very resilient.

Thanks for daily deals, tips, suggestions, etc! I live on the west coast so it’s a perfect mid-afternoon daily read. I LOVE to travel and of course love a good deal, my husband thinks I’m crazy but of course without me reading these e-mails (amongst many others) we wouldn’t know of the deals/promotions and where our next night might trip! Having a stressful and challenging day so far working with children with mental health disorders. Self harm, suicidal behaviors, aggression…you name it. Hope everyone else’s Saturday is peaceful and relaxing, and I’ll get to enjoy my off day tomorrow!

NEWARK AIRPORT SUCKS!!!
I’ve sat in first once. Even though it was United it was still an experience.
I wish i could put up a picture, but in the delta terminal they had mold dropping from the cellin. and instead of fixing it they had SEVEN giant tarps catching it as it fell. and not temporary tarps. they were held up with metal poles. obviously simi permanent
