The guest was arrested for possession of crack and disorderly conduct. His car had an “improper license plate” and he had no insurance, either. But he didn’t apparently have to pay extra for overstaying checkout time.

James Warner is accused of “fabricating invoices, overcharging the airport for work performed by contractors and receiving more than $5 million worth of kickbacks during a four-year period” — which is even more than Detroit’s former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick took in payoffs.
A man went to the airport to pick up his wife. He met her, and her mother, at baggage claim. He took their bags with him and headed to get the car. And then he “died after slipping on the airport escalator while adjusting the roller bag on the step behind him.”
