  1. Banning Russia overflights is just a protectionist measure in favor of AA/UA/DL against AI/EK/QR. If one is actually concerned about American citizens getting stranded in Russia, requiring a clear disclosure of Russian overflight at time of purchase would let consumers make an informed decision regarding any risk.

  2. You can blame those that bash United for an “inconsistent Polaris” while not giving similar criticisms to British Airways and Qatar Airways.
