That one group is 13% of the population and commits 53% of the unprovoked violent attacks. Everywhere in the entire world that group is, the statistic remains the same. Florida is a state more populous than New York. With a large chunk of that group there, of course it will happen there too. Instead of pandering to this group, rational people would do whatever possible to stay away from it and quarantine it. Admittedly, alcohol has a negative effects on whites. If you ever see a white person acting bad at a barbecue, fast food joint, or airport, it’s because of alcohol. That other group doesn’t need alcohol to act worse. They already do.
