We will no longer need to be giving 2 waters to Honors members at check in. It’s not actually a benefit at Hampton to get waters a check in. From here on only Gold/Diamond get the choice of points or the snack & drink but no waters for any tier.

  1. Did you know the Hyatt Globalist water benefit is 1 bottle a day but virtually all properties give 2 bottles a day.

  2. Why do hotels nickel and dime so much? Especially for their presumed “most valuable loyal members”?
No breakfast, no housekeeping, no water, maybe next is no chairs/towels at the pool area.

  3. Hilton must have hired some Bonvoy people to make enhancements. What could possibly go wrong?

  4. This toxic love triangle between hotel owners, loyalty programs, and hotel guests is becoming exhausting. It erodes the value of the loyalty program for guests to have to constantly fight these battles and thus lowering their expectations. Where does it end? I’d be fine with a loyalty program reducing benefits if it meant that the properties were held 100% accountable for delivering benefits without a fight.
