  1. Tell Kirby stick with United does well. United rises not by exploiting, dissing or exposing American, but just doing so good that the rest of us say ‘Who’s American?”

  2. If AA was losing $800 million annually in Chicago they probably would not have invested $30 million purchasing 2 additional gates at that location.
Unless, of course, the plan is to turn around and sell these gates to United?

  3. The sh1t insecure women will do for attention on tik tok continues to amaze me, but the fault lies with media that gives these morons attention

  4. Is the JonNYC who was banned from Flyertalk and sued in his home state for libel? Just asking for a friend.

  5. To each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.

United should give American $800M. If not, tax United $800M.

On social media, there are a lot of posts about weaponizing taxes to punish billionaires and a lot of posts expressing extreme jealousy. So AA should be jealous of UA and UA should be punished!

  6. I hope that the menu on White Castle vending machine allows for ordering a half dozen or a dozen at a time.

  7. While I am pretty sure that AA does not lose $800 million/yr at ORD, jon’s comments mean absolutely anything without documentation.

The fact that Gary, Ben, and Matthew give him a platform to spread his rumors and stolen information is all that is a travesty.

  8. Maybe AAL should take a page from the Dear Leader playbook and sue Kirby and UAL for $1 billion defamation or whatever; could make up for whatever shortcomings they have at ORD.

@Julie — You’re not wrong. JonNYC is quick to dish it out, but can rarely take it, himself. Jon, share your ‘findings,’ but, half the time, it’s just smoke and mirrors…

  9. Imagine a world where your existence and life essence is based around being the equivalent of a 1950s switchboard operator and sharing all the gossip with the girls

    — Oh wait. That’s actually exactly JonNYC’s purpose and fulfillment in life

Glad it makes you happy. It gets sad after a while all the nonsense you sift through and post in hopes something is right from all the gossip you’re hearing.

  10. @Plane Jane — I’m all for ‘hot goss,’ but, yeah, please keep roasting Jon. Eat up Martha.

  11. When you’ve been denied boarding (or kicked off) you’re coming off that flight one way or another. If it comes to the point a cop needs to get involved trespassed from the airport and on a No Fly List.

  12. @George Romey — But, George, your repeated comments on here and elsewhere would have use believe that there is no accountability? So, what is it? Are there rules, penalties, consequences, deterrence, or not? Sure, it’s not perfect, nothing is, but I think we reasonable enforcement here. Sometimes, yes, it isn’t enough, other times, sure, it’s too much. Still, trying.

  13. $100M loss domestically and $30M profit for long haul.

@Gary do you think this is after properly attributing revenue?

  14. Note how White Castle is tapping into the “I hate all this tipping” movement. Clearly spelling out “No Tips”.

  15. Scotty continues denigrating AA and is still sulking over AA hauling his ass out the door.

He should focus his efforts on fixing UA’s problems – abysmal meals in J/F cabins, horribly cramped Polaris seats, and let’s not forget those wonderful 772s with 8 across in J.
Maybe he should negotiate a contract with the F/A workforce instead of pissing on AA.
