- There’s a class action brewing against United over last week’s IT glitch. So it shouldn’t surprise that in light of the Department of Justice investigating US airlines for colluding not to expand flights in order to raise prices, that there would now also be a class action law suit to obtain damages for the same thing. The class action focuses on Air Canada and alleges it colluded with major US airlines. The whole thing is an international conspiracy.
