News and notes from around the interweb:
- A change to the American Airlines booking window and prepaid bags. I’m genuinely confused by the claim about moving the booking window out to 331 days – it seems to me it’s been that way for years (although can seem like 330 days due to time zone issues when searching). But transferring prepaid bag credit is important.

- WestJet pauses move to install non-reclining seats after blowback
- 100 free and instant American Airlines AAdvantage miles I had already done this, it was so minor I failed to mention it this past week. But log in, you might as well take the 100 miles.
- Rats on a plane.
Someone captured a giant rat running through the aircraft cabin on a KLM flight, forcing the airline to cancel the return trip and leaving more than 250 passengers stranded in the Caribbean pic.twitter.com/U0Eze3R6s8

What are they complaining about? It’s just the free airline mascot.
Nothing like ” live ” entertainment.
The KLM flight infested with at least one free-range and cage-free rat vermin could have diverted to MCO, the gateway airport to Ratworld, also known as Disney World or the Walt Disney World Resort, as a compassionate accommodation to the KLM rat(s). Compared to mice (which are scientifically similar to rats), rats’ larger size means larger poop and a slightly different shape. This makes the feces fairly easy to identify, especially when the rats feast on an in-flight meal before you do.
