Leave a Comment for a Chance to Win a 2-Night HYATT house Stay With Very Important Resident Status

Yesterday I posted about HYATT house’s new extended stay VIP benefits and that I’d be doing a giveaway of a 2-night HYATT house stay that waives the 30 day requirement to qualify for “Very Important Resident” status on that stay and gets you the inside track on giving those benefits a spin.

Here’s how to enter to win:

  • Read about the new HYATT house ‘Very Important Resident’ benefits.

  • Leave a comment in this current contest post, answering the question “Which new benefit is your favorite and why?” Is it the ability to pick your suite, the grocery shopping service, the personalized hotel tour, or something else?

  • You may enter up to once a day — and I give you a bit of slack in this, I won’t disqualify any entry as long as you don’t make more than one entry per calendar day or as long as no entry is closer than 24 hours together from another one. And if you’re close, we’re cool. I’m not looking to disqualify people, just to make sure there’s no massive ballot stuffing.

All entries (comments) must be received no later than Sunday, June 2 at Noone Eastern time.

I will draw the winner at random early next week from those that meet these guidelines. Make sure you enter a valid e-mail address when entering to be eligible to win (you do not need to leave an email address in the comments, but along with your name where it asks for your email that email must be ‘real’ or I will have no way of contacting you).

I’m the final arbiter in all matters related to this contest and in all matters of interpretation. There is no appeal. I’m doing this because there’s an opportunity to send out some cool prizes, and not taking anything from them in return, so please don’t give me a hard time in the process.

Any questions? email me. And hopefully the winner will also follow up with me to let me know their impressions of the new HYATT house benefits for guests making extended stays.

  1. The Morning Spread breakfast is Jay’s favorite – like a good brekky to start the day!

  2. Here’s another vote for the grocery shopping service. I often arrive at a destination late at night and would love the option of an in-room snack. Would be even better if the grocery shopping included a nice bottle of wine.

  3. Gotta love the grocery shopping concept because nothing like something cold and nice to eat/snack in your room especially on your first day in travel status.

  4. The personalized hotel tour looks pretty good, and it’s interesting (in my opinion) to see what happens behind-the-scenes.

  5. The grocery services for sure!! That would be a huge help for my family of four!

  6. I considered the grocery shopping for late flight arrivals, but think I will arrive early and go with the pick your suite.

  7. Grocery Shopping Service: It’s hassle-free and no mess (at least not until it gets to my room).

  8. Pick your suite, definitely. Most important in real estate –> most important in a short-term rental, too.

  9. I love the Pick-Your-Suite feature. It’s a great thing, and it then it becomes more important with a longer stay. A valuable addition!

  10. 1. No
    2. Yes, my Samsonite (which is more professional looking) is reserved for business trips. Hopefully the Briggs & Riley one could replace this 🙂
