  1. I don’t know where Randy got his info for the BA giveaway. His post is misleading. Instead of 1000 prizes, the T&C states that there are only 92 NY prizes, 92 LA prizes, and 65 Chicago prizes. Regardless of the number of total entrants, the more important factor is how many entries there are for the particular prize. Eg. there might be 300 entrants for the NY prizes but only 100 entrants for the LA prizes. I’m grateful for hearing about the contest, participating doesn’t take a lot of effort, but the tip he gave is inaccurate.

  2. For the RIGHT traveller, it’s a great deal. But I think the rules of the contest are rigid enough to discourage most folks from competing.

    From my city, I’ll already be in Europe that week courtesy of Delta. If you bought your ticket at the right time, Delta is essentially PAYING YOU to go to Europe, thanks to a crazy pyramiding ff bonus scheme. A true entrepreneur already seized this opportunity. 🙂
