Trump’s Travel Ban Defies the Supreme Court, Illegally Denying Access to People With U.S. Connections

The Supreme Court lifted parts of the injunction against the Trump administration’s travel ban on Monday, pending oral argument and a full decision.

The Court, however, explicitly ruled that the injunction remains in place — the administration cannot enforce its ban — against “foreign nationals who have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.”

You Don’t Need to Speak Anything But English When You Travel the World

My language skills are quite poor. I was never very good at Hebrew, though I studied it sat in class clueless over it for several years. I was never very good at Spanish, though I took it in school for six years. I was always better at reading it than speaking it, and once someone got into a conversational pace I was done for.

The good news is you can travel effectively almost anywhere in the world without speaking anything other than English (go ahead – flame me!).
