This isn’t hard because of all the Covid Cutbacks, and your airline just isn’t serving food. You choose your meal type (you can even pick a Japanese meal!) but you have to deal with turbulence and other challenges along the way.
If you’ve really got time to kill there’s also Airplane Mode, a video game that has you sit in your airplane seat for six hours. Your flight will take off. You’ll be served a meal. Other passengers and crew will move about the cabin. Babies might cry. Will your wifi work, and if so when will it cut out? Your flight may even delay.

If you fly on American Airlines, I recommend playing the “plane food simulator” game. This simulation may be the only onboard food service you will ever receive during your transcontinental or international travel. In addition, to correctly replicate your authentic travel adventure when enjoying the vast selection of the worst in-flight meals you ever had, this game should include the ability to select a complimentary air sickness barf bag for bonus points.
