A snake slithered around a flight from Bangkok to Phuket, Thailand on Saturday, and a flight attendant was forced into the role of herpetologist, capturing the reptile and calming the nervous cabin.
A passenger shared her story and filmed the capture,
She said upon flying back to Phuket after completing her studies in Bangkok the snake was spotted on the plane after the captain had announced that they were about to land and not leave their seat.
She continued napping but woke up fully when the person seated next to her became agitated and told her that there is a snake right above them. She was stunned and did not know what to do, stay put in her seat or dash to safety.

The crewmember tried to get the snake to slither into a plastic bottle, then used the bottle to push the snack along into a bag. It’s not clear whether this was a snake that managed to find its way onto the aircraft on its own, or was a pet brought on board by another passenger and got loose (if that’s the case, airport security in Bangkok is about as effective at catching contraband as they are in the United States, where Newark screeners didn’t notice when a passenger left their snake behind at a checkpoint).
Garuda Indonesia once played off snakes on one of their planes saying it was just a “legless lizard.” See? No big deal!

It’s Thailand. It was probably served as an economy meal on the next flight. After all, Gary, you did say she tried to get the snack in a bag.
Another nonsense TikToxic article that doesn’t give the actual facts! No mention of what kind of snake it was, or anything. Just another exaggeration article hyping up social media nonsense.

Economy? Perhaps, that looked small enough not to be too good a snack.
Thais are not afraid of snakes. And yes, cooked properly they taste good.
