News and notes from around the interweb:

- “At least 14 Australian airline and airport employees operating in ‘safety sensitive’ roles came to work affected by alcohol and drugs in 2015” including a pilot fired for groping a female employee’s breast while high. He claimed to he should not have been fired for this incident.

- Woman dies after United Chicago – San Francisco flight makes emergency landing in Billings, Montanta (HT: Leigh R.)
Is the 15% off with IHG stackable with citi fourth night free? That is does the IATA commission citi concierge gets come from same dollars as ebates referral fee? Thanks
The Billings lede suggests (though admittedly not explicitly) causation (died because of the landing). It’s likely the woman expired en route and the crew elected to land because of the medical emergency.
Travelocity is not 15% off everything
Conditions:
15.0% Cash Back on Cruise
4.0% Cash Back on Hotels
2.0% Cash Back on Vacation Packages
1.5% Cash Back on Cars
$1.50 Cash Back per Airline Ticket
@Alex you have to book through Citi concierge for 4th night free, book through ebates -> IHG directly for the rebate. So not stackable
