I’m sad that such a cool aircraft was destroyed, but let’s focus our efforts on feeding/housing millions of refugees and eventually rebuilding hundreds of schools and hospitals.

The AN225 or ‘Cossack’ was a Soviet aircraft from the 80s, NOT a ‘Ukrainian’ one. So good luck with that…

The AN225 was named Mriya by the design team Antonov Design Team in Ukraine, under the brutal hand of the USSR. It was not built in the USSR or even named by the USSR. It was named “Cossack” by NATO. Just because The Soviets had taken over Ukraine, does not make its people Soviets.
