  4. @Shannon – It’s a short flight I don’t think product much matters, go with where you find space, so far there’s not a ton of business space showing on SriLankan…

  5. Nice post. I really think you will see many more airlines go to two classes of service with basically coach and business. US Air does it now so my guess is AA will soon, TAM and others are also getting on board.
