  1. UA – good on the biz seats if they indeed go with the Recaro seats. But with AA getting true PE seats, and DL eyeing a PE-style experience, it’s kind of surprising that UA doesn’t have an answer to the comfort canyon.

    There are more of us who are willing to pay significantly more than Y but can’t afford J for regular leisure travel, who will gobble up a true PE seat. The wife won’t take a flight longer than 6hrs anymore unless they offer PE or we can find a dirt-cheap J fare…

  2. I think UA is missing the boat when it comes to the 77W, it need a true FC sections, there are some routes that demand F, and the 77W can delivery it. I wasn’t all that impressed with AA soft product on the 77W, but since they are upgrading it, should be nice.
