  1. I hope this guy joins the class-action lawsuit against Hertz. His experience will really strengthen the case.

  2. Are there no laws about making false police reports any more? Arrest them and put them in prison. This company won’t get it until the board of directors is incarcerated.

  3. But didn’t you guys hear, expert Brian Cohen says he rented from Hertz and didn’t get arrested! so it must be fake news!

  4. Does this mean the Fairfields will finally remove the photo of Bill on his horse and the Marriotts will finally remove the 50 year old portraits of him and his dad (that show blueprints!)? Those have all got to go as well imho.

  5. Hertz is imploding, not just all the false accusations, but also fake promotions with broken links and poor and disturbing customer service. All of this will lead to their end, and it can’t happen soon enough!

  6. The credit cards which give you President’s Circle status should instead give you a Hertz get-out-of-jail card for free.

  7. I sent an e-mail to Hertz asking if I have any outstanding rental returns or open police reports against me for any rental I have ever made with them. They have not responded.
If we all ask for the same thing, I think they may get the message.
