Buy Alaska Airlines Miles At Lowest Price Ever, Just 1.27 Cents Apiece For Unlimited Points

Alaska Airlines is selling miles with a 100% bonus through November 15th.

*Bonus Miles will be rewarded on transactions of 3,000 miles or more made between 11/1/2024 and 11/15/2024, 11:59PM HST, and will be credited to the recipient’s account when the transaction is complete.

I consider this to be an opportunity, though given my current Alaska miles balance (thanks to Hawaiian Airlines credit cards and mileage pooling) I probably won’t be all-in for this.

While there’s a maximum of 100,000 purchased miles per transaction, there is no annual limit on the number of miles that can be purchased.

There are some real values in the Alaska Airlines award chart especially redeeming miles on their partners across oneworld and unaffiliated carriers.

  1. There are some real values in the Alaska Airlines award chart

There is real value in taking the LSAT and going to law school. Even if you can’t get an offer from Wachtell, there are firms way down the ladder of prestige that still have over $1MM profit per equity partner. Every lawyer with a modicum of ambition is doing well for themselves.

  2. Tempting. When I was looking for flights for a couple trips to Europe this summer, it was Alaska that kept coming up with great points in J, but with no transferable points I had no way to access.
But I worry that the mileage chart is going to change after the merger, and I have points stuck at so many places (BA, Virgin, Air Canada.)

  3. Misleading as it’s Hawaiian that sells miles!
Yes, one can potentially transfer to Alaska – but stick to the facts please!

Sometimes you can buy Avios for about same price, and those can be used on multiple carriers, so plan accordingly – if you plan to use miles in the near future (1-2 years max).
