You can register for Hyatt’s new promotion. The web page for it is ‘Bonus Journeys 26’ which is fitting because they don’t come up with creative new names for their offers. They just recycle Bonus Journeys. But it’s worth registering for.
- 3,000 Bonus Points every 3 eligible nights at Hyatt properties through April 15, 2026 (up to 21,000 bonus points).
- An additional 1,000 Bonus Points every 3 eligible nights, up to 7,000 additional points, at Hyatt Place and Hyatt Select hotels.

I value Hyatt points at about 1.4 cents apiece, so if you stay an exact number of nights divisible by 3 (but not more than 21 nights) during the promotion period you’re getting an additional $14 per night back in points, and one-third more at some limited-service properties.
Check-out date controls earning, so you need to check out by April 15 to earn. Award nights count, so this is an effective rebate on points redemptions, too. But only one room counts at a time, you can’t earn this on multiple rooms when booking more than one room at a property.

Even if you’re not a Hyatt person, it’s worth taking a couple of seconds to register. You might wind up with a Hyatt stay later on you weren’t expecting. You’ll never remember to go back later and register.
Meanwhile, I don’t love that this bonus is awarded every three nights. If you stay just one or two nights you get nothing. Excess nights earn nothing. It’s a way to save on marketing expense. Still, Hyatt isn’t known for constant promotions and every bit helps.

I’ve got 10 nights booked in the promotion period, only 2 of them at Hyatt Place so no bonus bonus, but I’ll take the 9K points. Thanks Gary. Now why hasn’t Hyatt informed me about this promotion?
