  1. Even the soap is a reminder of Epstein! Time to hold these wealthy pedophiles accountable. Start with impeaching and removing this felon President. (Or ‘wag the dog’ with a distraction in Mexico.)

  2. Well yeah I think anyone connected with Epstein activities should be hung from a tree. But then you have people like @1990 that think it’s only about Trump. Who may or may not be involved but I’m not happy with his behavior and it calls into question his motives and history. But I don’t see the words “Bill Clinton”, or anyone else, coming out of 1990’s typing.

  3. I would offer that the Singapore comments are misleading…and several are incorrect. Immigration is not as stated. The country has invested in everyone’s future. People are happy. Yesterday”s Strait Times headline was average income last year was SG$ 144,000. As a contrast …ask the population of the formerly British Hong Kong about where they might be when the 20 year hands off agreement with mainland China expires….One country has created their future whilst the other faces the unknown.

  4. @1990

Ah yes impeach Trump. Now of course right after the midterms when the Demos get the House as that is what historically happens, I’m betting by the close of business the first day that “Dollar Store Obama” gets the gavel articles on f impeachment will be presented by Al Green. Of course the Demo House will vote to impeach Trump but the Senate will never convict. Another colossal waste of taxpayer money but will please the Zombiecrats.

  5. ” required flight attendants to be able to actually operate the sign.”
the pilots operate the sign, not the flight attendants. and if anything the rules would be the fault of lawyers, since some goof would probably light up, and use as defense, “my row didn’t have signage , so that must mean it’s allowed”

  6. First, Duffy was concerned with what travelers wore. Then, Duffy was concerned with how transportation buildings looked.

What’s next, Duffy insists on renovating the White House while US citizens are murdered by masked “law enforcement”? Oh…

More seriously, I just think for a guy in charge of a huge, sclerotic, dysfunctional safety regulator, he should be more concerned with the substance of his job instead of the literal appearance of it.

  7. The FAA certifies each model of aircraft and, with the manufacture’s published “Minimum Equip-ment List” (MEL) and “Cabin Discrepancy List” (CDL), specifies EXACTLY what must be visible, op-erational, etc. If the MEL/CDL specifies that a “NO SMOKING” sign be placed and plainly visible in a certain location, then that sign MUST be present or the jet is grounded until a replace-ment is installed. In some cases, the MEL/CDL says that certain items must be replace/ repaired within a certain time frame after initial reporting. Before smoking was banned, certain aircraft listed the seat ashtray as a MEL item. If that ashtray was missing, the jet was GROUNDED. When the smok-ing ban started, the ashtrays were then tack welded closed and the original MEL was rescinded. So, contrary to the “absurd” statement, complain to the FAA and the manufacturer…not American Airlines. There is also another CDL called “configuration discrepancy list” that the pilots use for, primarily, items that affect performance of the aircraft. That CDL also specifies whether a listed item is a “go” or “no go” item.

Certainly agree with you. Heading back to Singapore in two weeks. Find that City/State to be a very good place to live or visit. After the devastation of WW2 the government went on a tear to re-build the country. They re-invented themselves, first as a financial hub, then a high-tech center. World class architects re-built the skyline with fantastic design and construction.

Does it contain some appearance of a state that can be overbearing at times. Yes. But truth is that they have truly taken care of their citizens and the environment. And the environment is a big part of why the country works.

  9. “while US citizens are murdered by masked ‘law enforcement'” could you please identify a recent citizen death at the hands of masked leos?
