  1. The ML Octave Card is actually not meant to be super mysterious (as far as I know), it’s just super targeted. This is a card issued by BoA but on the Amex Network (part of Global Network Services or GNS internally at Amex). The idea is that the card come with a high annual fee (I think it was just south of $1000) but with lots of perks (airline reimbursement similar to the Platinum Card, 2-3 points per dollar, etc).
