4000 Free Miles from New Star Alliance Frequent Flyer Program

Copa ConnectMiles is a new Star Alliance program with the airline haven broken away from using United MileagePlus.

Via Free Frequent Flyer Miles:

2,000 miles for joining Copa Ailines’s ConnectMiles program by by June 30, 2015. 1,000 miles will be automatically credited to your ConnectMiles account and the other 1,000 bonus miles will be credited to your ConnectMiles account between 4 to 6 weeks after the launching of the ConnectMiles Program in July 2015. The page you get does not mention the bonus. My link is from an email from Copa. Copa Ailines is a Star Alliance member. You never know when membership in its program might be useful. I suggest that everyone sign up.

Once you have joined Copa’s program, log in to see an opportunity to earn another 2,000 miles to complete your profile.

  1. Well that was an easy 3.000 miles (to be 4.000) that will most likely just expire at some point!

  2. To complete part 3 you need to put in a redress number even if you do not have one. Strange. Also many of the non-mandatory questions/information are really mandatory if you want the 1,000 miles for that part of the profile.

  3. Anything useful about this new program? From a quick glance, their Star Alliance award chart looks the same as United’s.
