Uber, which normally only gives free Uber credit to new customers, has an offer for even existing customers of $15 towards their next ride with promo code PRICELESSUS15 when paying with a MasterCard.
While there’s no longer Uber in Austin where I live — the only way to use Uber inside the city is with this hack — the promo is valid through end of year so I’ll be able to use it on my next trip in a few days by adding the code now and changing my payment method (my Chase Sapphire Preferred Card earns double points with Uber, and of course that’s in addition to the Starwood points I earn for each Uber trip).
For most of you though just log into Uber, go to the menu, and choose ‘promotions’.
Click ‘add code’ and type in the promotion code PRICELESSUS15.
You’ll reportedly receive $15 off your next Uber ride taken in the US.
The offer appears to be from MasterCard for French customers visiting the US. The offer is explicitly valid in the U.S. Please share in the comments whether it works for you.
- Curious how Uber drivers are rating you? Here’s how to find out after each trip.

Already dead.

“Promotion has a redemption limit and too many users…” Appears not to work.
redemption limit met
Not happening – over done
Mort encore.
“promotion redemption limit exceeded”. appears when I enter code…..so no $15 for me
Gone……
Used this promo today, and it worked. $2-ride home from the airport! 🙂 On a weird note, my only MasterCard is my Frontier Airlines card. Lol.
I haven’t paid full price for an Uber/Lyft ride in a while. I write about these two ride giants quite a bit if you’d care to check it out:
