- Here’s something from Jeff Bezos that really ought to generate a reaction from airline executives.
This is one of the ways Bezos expresses what he calls one of Amazon’s most important values: customer obsession.
“We talk about it, customer obsession, as opposed to competitor obsession,” he said. Often companies say they are focused on customers but they really spend most of their energy reacting to and talking about competitors.

Love the Aeroflot. That uniform is a clone of the Pucci design for Braniff ( and the original of that comes out from time to to at the Victoria and Albert in London.).Wonderful.

She is a beauty. That photo was taken long ago but finds its way on the blog time and time again. It is hard to not notice this photo popping up again and again as she is very noticeably. We need a need an updated photo. Go Gary!!
