- Bone up on your Spirit Airlines knowlewdge: They charge a ‘passenger usage fee’ for booking online which is funny, since they supposedly axed their ‘web convenience fee’ back in 2008. Sneaky!

the transformer vehicle is hella cool and very practical. I want one right now… but wonder how the airline industry or rather the lobbyists in DC will try their best to kill it like they did with the early electric cars, before it even comes to fruition.
cause I reckon if this ever gets to production and is a genuinely good/safe product — you can bet your bottom dollar the domestic airlines business will take a steep hit. esp for flights under 500 miles which comprise about 1/3rd of domestic flights. and perhaps even the rental car business.
lots of major stakeholders might be watching this like a hawk. but I wish Krossblade the best, cause this is a great idea that needs to get made!
It’s funny about budget. Over Thanksgiving, pricing for cars at IAD over the holiday are just silly, like 400-500$ for the 7+ days silly.. but Budget locked me in (not pre-pay mind you) at 167$ ALL IN for a full size.. crazy, they might as well just give the car away.
On a sidenote, not sure where else to post this.
But, what is up with all these box video ads that have been running for the last week on all of Boarding Area with the audio turned ON BY DEFAULT??
I cannot stress how really annoying it is, especially to anyone browsing at work!
Some of them don’t offer the option of turning them off, others, you have to turn off manually. Some are such memory hogs, the audio comes out scrambled and slow my page loading time. I have even seen 2-3 of them loading at the same time on just one page, with all of them running their own audio.
Am I the only one with this issue?
Any way these could be filtered out, as they really distract from reading the BA blogs.
