Three more Admirals Clubs have re-opened – Tampa, Raleigh, and Orange County – joining 21 clubs that had already re-opened. (Two additional airports have service centers to assist Admirals Club members with their travel, Pittsburgh and Atlanta.)

DFW Airport Club, A Concourse
American shares that they’ll be selling premium wines “such as Collusion Cabernet Sauvignon and Marine Dubard Le Mont Sauvignon Blanc or Bernard Lonclas Selection champagne” by the bottle in in some clubs starting November 30. After so many months being grounded we could all use a drink or six. They’ll also offer 2 ounce pour wine flights for $11 – $13. I did a deep dive on American Airlines club wine last summer.
@ Gary — They will selling toilet paper next.
What would be nice is vaccines distriburion at AAdmirals Clubs…
With Hawaii open again was hoping we’d see HNL club operating again.
Are clubs allowing day passes….specifically Business Extra passes? Thanks!
STL is also still closed, just operating as a service center.
Are they ever going to open Terminal E at DFW. It’s been ready to go for awhile.
It seems odd to me that ATL wouldn’t open ahead of RDU, IAH, and (dare I say it) AUS. Could it be that the space is just so darn small there’s no good way to space everyone out? That club was always insanely overcrowded.
Orange County: come for the anit-masker movement, stay for the Covid. The perfect place to open a lounge.
@Chris Topher
The club at STL shut down after operating for a short while as a service-only center. IIRC the majority of the staff accepted voluntary early retirement so re-opening it even as a service center will be a challenge in the foreseeable future.
I have seen lots of traffic in SLC airport, and now that they have basically a spanking new terminal AA should put a club there. On normal schedules AA has like 6+ flights to DFW alone, and the many other flights to PHX, ORD, LAX, and sometimes even MIA. SLC needs to get an Admiral’s club pronto!
