  1. On LH’s new ‘Allegris’ cabins, that’s epic, and glad to see them starting this for JFK-MUC at least. I doubt points redemptions are going to be easy to come by for First, but worth a try at least for the new Business as well. Hopefully there isn’t a ‘last-minute’ aircraft swap—‘sorry, old version, 2-2-2’. *sigh*

  2. Gary is that bartender’s name? That’s a suspicious name if ever I heard one.

I hope Rudy isn’t making the Four Seasons arrangements or it might end up being filmed at a nursery.

  3. @Gene

How do you know–Have you tried it yet?

1-2-1 cannot possibly be worse than 2-2-2 in business.

  4. Very well done from the photos! Love that it is black (?). It looks so calming and elegant. It appears to be quite spacious and well designed. I think that the airline did a great job and hit the nail on the head with this one!

  5. I went to Haad Rin on the island of Ko Pha-ngan, Thailand and visited the area of the Full Moon Party several decades ago. I was not there for a Full Moon Party because of the wildness of those events. I rented a bungalow that I think had an ensuite bathroom and a thatched roof and maybe thatched or wicker walls. Google Street View shows it now to be somewhere that I wouldn’t want to go back to. Too much development. The movie trailer is kind of sad to me. Fortunately there are still some beach areas in Thailand that are still rustic. The countryside still has it’s charm, too.
