- Lufthansa won’t put new first class suite into Boeing 747 or Airbus A380 not surprising as those planes aren’t long term for the fleet. But no plans to add it to the 777X?
The new first class will be exclusive to Lufthansa’s Munich-based A350 fleet for now, with no plans to add it to the Boeing 747-8, A380 or even the much-delayed Boeing 777-9

Lufthansa says the suites aren’t fully enclosed due to safety regulations, “so the wall is around 1.8 metres"… for the same reason the suite’s sliding door uses an innovative construction which is makes it part door, part panel and part “curtain”
