The cards have no annual fee the first year, and remember that Citi cards are churnable — you can get the signup bonuses over and over — and individuals can generally apply for two cards every 60 days although this experience on the frequency of successfully applying for cards may vary.

In the e-mail offer I received it states that 30k miles post after $750 spent in the first 4 months.
Aren’t these the ones that require an invitation? I don’t think they’re available to anyone. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
it doesn’t state in the citi site that you are going to receive any miles. nor is it stated in the terms and agreements or faq. how do we know we are going to get the miles?
I just used those links to apply for a new Citibank AA card – I confirmed with a rep that I’m getting the 30K miles after spending $750 within 3 months, no annual fee for the first year.
Note that United/Chase has started clamping down on their bonus offers if you’ve had a card before.
