New Hilton Honors Fall Promotion Leaked Early [Update: Registration Now Available]

Update: Register here for Hilton’s new promotion that gives you double points starting with your first stay, and double elite nights that can roll over to next year.

Details on Hilton’s fall “Double Rewards” promotion are out: double points and double elite status credits, which help you to status this year faster or will roll over to help you earn status next year. While the promotion FAQ is online, the registration page doesn’t yet seem to be available.

With this promotion you’ll earn double base points and double elite nights from September 8, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Registration will be required.

  • Stays must be completed during the promotion period
  • Previously booked stays count
  • Bonus points can take 6-8 weeks to post (but probably will post faster)

Double points is pretty much a Hilton standard – nothing special during a time of depressed hotel occupancy – and something that’s sorely needed at a minimum because without factoring promotions Hilton gives you the smallest points rebate for spending at its hotels.

Double elite qualifying nights is nice because they’ll help you either earn status this year or next – any nights above what’s necessary for an elite level roll over to next year.

Incidentally it looks like the same person edits Hilton Honors’ promotion FAQs that edits my blog (i.e. no one):
