News and notes from around the interweb:
- Airlines don’t make money when their planes are on the ground (some don’t make it with planes in the air either of course)

- Frustrated Lufthansa pilot draws skypenis or did he?
- People forget context, and words lose meaning. Delta is not ‘union busting.’
Actual union busting has included violence against union activists, firing organizers and striking workers, and using government to prosecute strikers. Successfully decertifying a union might even be considered union busting. Paying workers more and treating them well so that they don’t want to form a union is not ‘union busting’.

@Gary, interesting post. All Europen airlines though. Be interesting to see the US version.
Hmmmm…. Ryanair. Well aside the fact I will never grace that a-hole Michael O’Leary with a penny of my money, I’d sooner poke myself in the eye with a six-inch nail, one has to say:
Nota Bene: Friends don’t let friends fly Ryanair.
Valid point about union busting; Starbucks and Amazon and Walmart engage in union busting but Delta is smarter.
We were at Pop Century in May, 1st room stunk of mold so bad we walked in and right out. Frustrating…
