British Airways Charges $6 If You Want Your Tea Extra Strong in Coach
British Airways tea service isn’t as extensive as tea at the Burj al Arab in Dubai but it’s a staple of the British carrier.
At least it used to be.
Now air berlin’s topbonus Frequent Flyer Program Has Declared Bankruptcy
Even though air berlin’s frequent flyer program had been spun off as a separate company, largely as a mechanism to provide the airline with additional cash and for Etihad to exercise additional control in spite of foreign ownership limits over the carrier itself, the loyalty program was forced to suspend mileage earning and redemption.
Now the airline’s topbonus frequent flyer program has itself declared insolvency.
Bikini Airline Had to Promise Their Flight Attendants Will Go Fully Clothed On New Route
VietJet learned “from its experience with the opening of a route to Malaysia” that you can’t staff planes with bikini-clad flight attendants to all destinations.
The airline’s ability to fly to Jakarta, Indonesia has been contingent on two things: “halal food for Muslim passengers” and that flight attendants can’t wear bikinis.
American Airlines Says Basic Economy Customers Can Take Advantage of Travel Waivers After All
American Airlines reached out to tell me that one of their published policies doesn’t mean what it says. Even though American’s travel waivers say that Basic Economy customers can only be rebooked onto flights that have Basic Economy inventory available, American tells me that isn’t true.
In fact, it’s partly true but there’s an unpublished exception.
United Captain Scares the Wits Out Of Passengers Warning They’ll Be Flying Into Tornadoes
Tuesday afternoon’s United flight UA1997 from Chicago O’Hare to Newark was delayed until Wednesday as a result of mid-Atlantic thunderstorms, returning to the gate, a maintenance issue and deplaning twice — and the crew exceeding their maximum allowable duty time..
And that’s even before the Captain gives passengers a sense of danger that a flight attendant has to walk back.

Hurry: 90% Off Promo Code For Frontier Airlines Flights, Today Only
Frontier may be the worst airline in America that operates under its own brand. An ultra low cost carrier in the model of Spirit, they’re all about low prices and charging ancillary fees.
So I wouldn’t normally choose to fly Frontier, all things equal. But what about when they’re ‘selling’ flights for almost free?
Stealth Mission: Peek Inside the Brand New Unopened LAX Terminal 5 Admirals Club
The LAX terminal 5 Admirals Club isn’t open yet, and to the best of my knowledge the airline hasn’t given tours.
But here’s bootleg video inside the lounge, take a look!
The Best Rental Car Promo is Back for 2017: One Two Free
Every year National Car Rental runs the most lucrative rental promotion, and they’ve brought it back for 2017. Too bad I rent cars far less frequently than I used to, because I’ve earned and used several free rental days with this offer in the past and of course the free rentals are on top of usual rewards earning.
The way it is that you get a free rental day for each time you earn 600 points in the promotion. And each rental of 2 days or more earns 300 points.
