The President of United Airlines thinks airfares should be twice as expensive as they are today. United’s CEO Oscar Munoz takes things a step further: paying United Airlines more is good for you.

His argument is that more money for the airline means more money to invest in the product. You as the customer benefit even if you “don’t always understand.” He has things exactly backwards.

Drunk American Airlines Baggage Handler Fell Asleep in the Cargo Hold, Flew to Chicago

A drunk baggage handler fell asleep inside the cargo hold of an American Airlines Boeing 737 — and wound up flying on board American’s flight AA363, the 6 a.m. departure from Kansas City to Chicago O’Hare on Saturday.

He “wasn’t discovered until the plane landed at O’Hare International Airport and parked at the gate just before 7:30 a.m. local time.”

United Says ‘Lavatory Leak’ Soiled All of Veteran’s Belongings, Will Take 8-10 Weeks to Compensate Him

Dave Harris flew home to Colorado Springs on Friday after a six month deployment in the Mideast. He says his “whole life for six months” was in his checked bag. It contained his uniforms, “workout clothes, gifts for..family, jewelry” for his wife.

Friends picked him up. On the way out from baggage claim tot he parking lot they all noticed a disgusting smell coming from his bag.

It’s a Bird! It’s a Plane! No, It’s a Bird ON a United Plane!

Last night United’s San Francisco – Newark redeye, flight UA1796, was delayed for a much shorter period of time than you’d expect when when a bird found itself trapped and flying around inside of the airline’s Big Metal Bird.

United’s Newark-bound stowaway was captured and released. When it arrived at Newark on its own it declared, “boy are my arms tired.”

Lawsuit: American Airlines Baggage Handler Made Up Terrorist Threat Against Dying Passenger

This story is among the most egregious I’ve heard and as it proceeds it just gets worse and worse.

Debbie Cardarelli is suing American Airlines for more than $1 million over the experience her now deceased husband had last year as the two flew home from Miami to Rochester, New York via Philadelphia in March 2017. As they boarded their connecting segment to Rochester they were told the aircraft, an Embraer ERJ-145, wouldn’t have room onboard for their carry on and they’d have to gate check it.
