Priority Pass Raising Lounge Per Visit Fee Effective October 1 For Some US Cards
Priority Pass is a card that gets you into lounges around the world. You don’t have to belong to an individual lounge program, this program works to have lounges in most of the places you go.
There are over 1000 airport lounges that a Priority Pass will gain you access to, most of those are spread throughout airports around the world. Around 60 options exist in the U.S. and that increasingly includes airport restaurants.
When you have a Priority Pass card it may come with visits for you as the cardholder, and it may come with complimentary visits for guests.
Chase Adds New Airline Transfer Partner, Its 3rd US Airline: JetBlue
Yesterday I discovered that Korean Air was still listed as a Chase transfer partner one day after it was supposed to be removed.
So I went to check again this morning to see whether Korean Air was still there. It’s not. But a new transfer partner appeared: JetBlue TrueBlue.
It’s August 25 — and Korean Air Still Shows Up as a Chase Transfer Partner
Chase announced that the last day to transfer Ultimate Rewards points to Korean Air’s SkyPass program would be Friday, August 24 and that effective today Saturday, August 25 Korean would no longer be a Chase transfer partner.
That notice is still on the Chase Ultimate Rewards website. However Korean Air is also still listed as a transfer partner and the website is allowing me to begin the process of initiating transfers.
Chase Sapphire Banking Launches Next Week But Don’t Sign Up Right Away
Earlier in the month I wrote that Chase is expected to introduce ‘Sapphire Banking’ on August 27. Chase is now confirming the project.
You don’t pay fees for most things — checks, foreign transaction fees, out of network ATM withdrawals (and the other ATM’s fee gets reimbursed), wire transfers or stop payments.
How Many Points Should You Transfer to Korean Before Chase Loses Them as a Partner Next Week?
Chase points are one of my favorite currencies, and their transfer partner Korean Air SkyPass is one of my favorite frequent flyer programs.
