A Jewish Rabbi was denied boarding for a Kenya Airways flight from Johannesburg to Nairobi. He’s told it’s because he appeared visibly Jewish. The rest of his travel party is permitted to travel: “You can travel, he can travel, he can travel.”

When asked if it’s because of how the rabbi looks? “That’s it, it’s not good.”

Two More Airlines Breaking The Law By Refusing To Refund Customers For Cancelled Flights

I’ve written about airlines like JetBlue and United breaking the law by refusing customer refunds. Other airlines like SWISS and British Airways have used trickery to keep customers from being aware of their refund options when purchased flights no longer operate.

Two more airlines have suspended all ticket refunds, and apparently this even includes for customers who purchased ‘refundable’ tickets.

RwandAir Will Fly to the U.S. Starting This Summer, But Not From Rwanda

Kenya Airways just launched new Nairobi – New York JFK service a couple of months ago and already they plan to scale back to five times a week at least for winter.

Nonetheless RwandAir is moving forward with service to the U.S. They aren’t quite sure yet whether that will be Newark or New York JFK. They’ll use an Airbus A330neo for the route that offers flat beds in business class and premium economy. But the flights won’t be New York – Kigali.
