I enjoyed my stay, even a bit more this time. This property has so much potential. Though I imagine that while rates are high, there are too many periods of low occupancy and this isn’t helped by how limited air service is to St. Kitts.
I’ve been meaning to visit the Park Hyatt St. Kitts for years. I’ve made bookings in the past but never made the trip happen. So I was excited to finally visit over Presidents’ Day weekend.
I booked a standard room on points and confirmed a suite upgrade. Then I was fortunate to have a further upgrade to a Deluxe Pool Suite.
A reader reached out to me about the Park Hyatt St. Kitts. The hotel appeared to be selling standard suites for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. As a Globalist (top tier elite) he wanted to book a room and confirm a suite.
However he reported that the hotel responded to Hyatt, when they tried to confirm the suite, that the suites weren’t actually available and that the inventory was a glitch.
