- In August, Marriott signed a 20-year licensing deal with Sonder providing ‘urban apartment-style accommodations’.
They’re now offering Marriott points-earning and elite night credits when booking direct through Sonder: Sonder hotels earn 10 points per dollar (plus elite bonuses) and Sonder Apartments earn 5 points per dollar (plus applicable bonuses) and stays at each earn elite qualifying nights.
Redemptions are available, but have to be done by phone, calling Sonder at +1 415-849-2740. Elite benefits and direct Marriott bookings will come “early next year.”
