• Delta’s new premium check-in at LAX has opened. It’s basically what I wrote was happening back in August 2021. I actually prefer the aesthetic of the American-BA premium check-in at New York JFK but as I noted in my review that one lacks refreshments.

  

• Wifi will be free for passengers in all cabins starting July 1 meanwhile their CEO accepts responsibility for coach meals that haven’t met passenger expectations, where is United’s CEO on business class meals that don’t meet passenger expectations even?

• More in-person recognition from United for the win.
