  1. Cloud Nine on the ET A350 is strangely uncomfortable. For whatever reason, the seats seem to not be aligned with the legrests and you sort of have to twist to sleep properly. I thought it was just me, but two of my colleagues independently said the same thing. I prefer the 787 or ideally the 777 for a more comfortable seat.

  2. Huh? Seems pretty clear to me that UA and AA twitter knew they were dealing with a fake profile.

    I mean, come on, the handle has “fake” in its name.
