100 Free Amtrak Points

Barclay’s Bin wine sale site will give you 100 Amtrak Guest Rewards points for signing up.

All that’s required is a name, email address, Amtrak account number, and making up a password.

They give you $10 towards your first purchase as well, but no purchase is required for the points.

  1. […] 100 Free Amtrak Guest Rewards Points I wish I had the opportunity to ride the rails more often, but unfortunately it rarely works into my plans.  Regardless, claim your free 100 points online and check out some information on Amtrak if you’re not familiar with their program yet.  HT: View from the Wing […]

  1. Thanks, Gary – I don’t travel on Amtrak that often so the perk for me here isn’t the points, but rather the ability to extend out the expiration… they do expire… right? I never checked…

  2. From their FAQ:

“Amtrak Guest Rewards points expire 36 months after your last paid Amtrak trip. Redemption travel reserved with points does not constitute paid travel. While a cardholder of the Amtrak Guest Rewards® MasterCard® from Chase® with an open account, your points will not expire.”

  3. Thanks! Always good to have points! I may order some wine. I am not worried about expiration as I hold their MasterCard. I got it during one of their periodic offers with 32,000 bonus for signup, planning to redeem for a sleeper car award at some point.
