10,000 Bonus Miles for a 3 Day Avis Car Rental

Back in 2008 I was earning 9999 Delta miles per one day car rental. That same year Mrp alert who shares a birthday with me earned 100,000 miles in 45 days renting cars.

Those days are long gone but Avis will currently give you 10,000 SAS EuroBonus miles for a 3 day rental.

Key details:

  • Make your reservation at avisworld.com/eurobonus
  • Book by April 15
  • Rent between May 14, 2018 through March 30, 2019
  • Rent a C-class car for 3 or more days
  • You cannot make back-to-back rentals
  • Include your SAS EuroBonus number at time of reservation

This is a really strong offer. SAS EuroBonus is a Star Alliance program. The challenge of course is that SAS doesn’t have huge earning opportunities for US-based members, though EuroBonus is a Diners Club transfer partner.

    As I outlined to Nick on Frequent Miler, after reading the T’s & C’s it does not appear there is a cap to this; so in theory if you know guaranteed 3 days rentals you need that won’t change, why not book them and multiple your 10K awards?

  2. Interesting promo, one thing I do not see/easily discern from the T’s&C’s, however, is Nick’s point (Frequent Miler) about how many times can you book this to receive 10K miles? Gary any thoughts on whether you can stack this multiple times for the bonus, provided of course you know once booked you cannot change the reservation?
